Working Conditions:
To execute integrated marketing communications campaigns and projects designed to meet business goals and objectives.
 
Primary job duty is working with the lead Account Manager and assigned customer group(s) to execute integrated marketing communications campaigns and projects including both print and eMktg tactics.
 
Maintains daily interface with all appropriate internal and external departments including creative, production and media to ensure required assets are submitted and design and production timelines are met.
 
May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
 
This position functions as a team player, executing projects for clients with internal and external marketing resources. Effectiveness in this role requires a thorough working knowledge of the Marketing Communications process and the department’s policies and procedures. The job encounters work situations of diverse scope and moderate to high complexity and identifiable factors. Incumbent exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine action. This position interacts with all levels of internal and external personnel. This interaction requires solid communication and organizational skills to communicate status and activities. The incumbent normally receives no instruction on routine work and only general instruction on new assignments.
Works in an office environment. May, on a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; frequently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Some walking and lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Occasional travel may be required (Trade Show/Events discipline requires extensive travel – approx 30%). The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Requirements:
Requires at least five to seven (3-5) years in marketing communications, agency project management or similar role. Must have strong organizational and communication skills.  
Education:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related discipline or equivalent education and experience strongly preferred.
