Desc:

Job Title: Administrative Customer Service Representative
**This is a non-exempt position**

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM with a 30 minute lunch
Overtime may be availble at supervisor request but is not required

Purpose of Position:
Support Customer Service Representatives with administrative tasks to enable the team to focus on Customer Facing interactions.

Job Description:
• Provide Certificates of Compliance for external customers.
• Provide invoice reprints and Proof of Delivery to internal and external customers upon request
• Assist Center Point with receipt of RMAs by providing feedback to customers as needed regarding material that was damaged prior to return to Corning
• Maintain SharePoint filing of purchase orders for the CS team.
• Follow Department SOP’s.
• Correspond with customers via phone, fax, and email
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Required Skills:
• Precise and appropriate responses to customers
• Prioritization of daily responsibilities and customer requirements
• Accuracy
• Adherence to departmental policies and processes
• Feedback from Account Managers, Customers, Shared Services and Customer Service team, and AR.

Education:
Recent graduates with 2 or 4 year degree in a related field are preferred

Experience:
Candidate will need experience using a computer. Knowledge of Excel a plus
