Position Title: 10517-Technical Recruiter
Location: Nashville, TN

Pay Rate: $30 - $40

Contract Duration: 1 year contract

Duration: 1 year contract

This Recruiters role would include, but not be limited to:
Overseeing the entire recruit process from start to finish at assigned location(s)
Consulting with hiring managers with respect to job requirements and prepare internal / external postings
Sourcing qualified candidates using the resume bank and all other sources
Coordinating the interview process between the candidate and hiring manager
Screen, interview and provide candidate recommendations for hiring manager
Conduct pre-screening and referencing of candidates
Negotiate offers and prepare the proper documentation (i.e. offer letters, CGRP Clearance)
Participate in Career Fairs when required
Work with Taleo Applicant Tracking System and ensure all actions and data are updated on a daily basis for each applicant through hire date, as applicable
Coordinate recruitment efforts with local Human Resources Manager, other HR managers and the recruitment team
Follow company recruitment processes
Ensure compliance with AAP, EEOC, Conflict of Interest Programs for past/current military and OFCCP regulations through daily
Some domestic travel required for Career Fairs and Sector support/meetings

Skills Required

Excellent computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office Suite is highly desired)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience & Education Requirements
Minimum 3+ years previous Engineering/ Technology Recruiting experience in a corporate environment
Proven ability to develop a proactive recruitment strategy
Previous experience using Taleo or other applicant tracking software
College or University degree
Demonstrated track record of recruiting success.
