Pay Rate: $30-33/hour

Contract Duration: 3 months

Hours: 40hr/week



The ideal candidate must be proactive with excellent problem solving and judgment skills. The individual must be able to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature, interact comfortably and skillfully within and outside the company, as well as with customers, vendors and visitors.  He/she will be expected to resolve time sensitive issues with a high degree of precision and exhibit strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Must demonstrate the ability to credibly and competently interact with other executive assistants and managers within/outside of Company.  The individual will be expected to apply common sense and execute tasks with some direction.  Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team are a must. Overtime as needed. 


  • Plan, organize and maintain the calendar of the Sr. Vice President of Strategy & Product Line Management
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and visa requirements working with CWT Concierge desk and outside agencies, hotels, etc. as needed
  • Manage and reconcile expense reports, tracking down receipts and expense item details
  • Purchase requisition creation including addition of new suppliers using the process unity tool, monitoring and execution of purchase orders
  • Work with outside companies, contractors and Company’s internal accounts payable on timely invoice submittals and payments
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system, including manager’s contact matrix
  • Maintain up-date organization chart, department staffing information and update department aliases as needed
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Plan, organize, execute projects, as needed including monitoring of space, physical move planning, and new hire onboarding
  • Adheres to Company’s corporate policies and guidelines
  • Maintain nondisclosure lists and provide email to those needing to be disclosed, tracking and ensuring strict confidentiality on projects
  • Individual must be a team player with excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Coordinate all meetings, vendor/customer reviews, special events such as department all-hands or off-sites on behalf of Sr. Vice President
  • Perform general office duties including management of office supplies, facilities requests, IT help requests, maintenance of snacks/drinks for department, etc. 


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively manage PeopleNet related processes
  • Ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability to learn/adopt new office technologies

·         Requires a minimum of 5-7+ years work experience
