Pay Rate: Pays up to $26/hr DOE

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM to 5PM, Part Time, 20 - 30 hours per week


Position Summary

A Project Administrator is responsible for assisting the project manager. This includes understanding project goals, deadlines, priorities, financial management, and assistance in administrative tasks. The Project Administrator reports to the IT Cost Analyst.



·         Track to project Spend Plan

·         Track to project Resource Plan

·         Planned vs. Actual monthly tracking / reconciliation

·         Tracking Purchase Orders

·         Monitor SharePoint Document repository

·         Project Financial Administration

·         Reports to support PM for Capitalization discussions



Minimum Qualifications:

·         Advanced computer skills – Word / Excel / PowerPoint

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Excellent oral and written communications skills

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Excellent customer service orientation

·         Previous experience working in a corporate environment

·         Ability to manage own workload and set priorities with little supervision

·         Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and handle tight deadlines

·         Ability to function effectively in stressful situations / circumstances

·         Ability and desire to learn new skills

·         Ability to work in a close team environment / strong team player / ability to work for multiple project leaders / multiple projects

·         Flexibility and adaptability

·         Ensure quality, timeliness and results meet IT Leadership expectations


·         SAP and/or PeopleSoft experience a plus
