Based in Sunnyvale, CA. The Global HR Business Partner is an integral member of the global leadership team for Services and Marketing groups working most closely with the VPs and their direct reports. It’s a hands on individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing successful talent and leadership programs, organizational development/effectiveness strategies, employee engagement, company-wide HR initiatives and exemplifying the Juniper Way. The role will partner closely with the global HR partners and will have the opportunity to affect significant positive leadership growth and employee engagement.
Organizational effectiveness Partners with senior leaders to diagnose the global talent implications within the business units and functional organizations. Partner closely with the business leaders in workforce planning initiative.
Talent Review and Leadership Effectiveness Partners with the Learning and Organizational Development team to provide focus and appropriate resources for the leadership needs. Initiatives include annual talent reviews, on-boarding newly hired or promoted senior leaders and developing bench strength for succession and talent management.
HR Functional Effectiveness Responsible for the successful implementation of the processes, frameworks and tools in support of the business needs in the areas of staffing and university relations, career and leadership development, compensation, performance management, employee development and talent (retention and attrition) management.
Employee Resource Management Partners with business leaders to create high performing organizations with a focus on employee engagement and team effectiveness.
