Position Title: 10220-Compliance Analyst
Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Rate: Up to 43/hr DOE

Contract Duration: 2 Months

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or job-related discipline or equivalent experience Experience in risk management, or related

Manages LOB’s risk & Compliance programs, procedures and systems. Acts in a consultative capacity to assigned business units. Identifies and assess organizational compliance requirements and operational risks. Develops controls and metrics and evaluates for effectiveness. Evaluating control deficiencies, supporting the design of mitigating activities, and facilitates publishing policies and standards. • Works with all levels of leadership (up to and including VP as necessary) across functions to influence decisions around compliance issues and risks • Provides mentorship and training to less experienced or new team members • Presents findings and makes recommendations to functional management, directors, officers, and their employees • Participates in internal and external benchmarking to implement best practices for LOB risk and compliance program • May help manage some integrated planning deliverables related to risk and compliance • Leads, and helps develop materials for, training, and educating employees and leaders (up to directors) 1:1 or in small groups to ensure understanding of compliance requirements, risk management principles, internal audit issues and other needed items to support organization-wide awareness and facilitate LOB behaviors related to audit risk and compliance • Helps drive continuous improvement in risk and compliance program; consistently demonstrates innovative new thinking focused on risk and compliance strategy, controls and implementation • Helps develop risk and compliance program framework, guidelines, materials and other items that are used by entire team • Develops and presents risk mitigation alternatives and plans to other lines of business for moderate to complex operational risks with interdependencies across multiple LOBs • Develops and maintains risk and compliance program inventory, forms, standards, procedures and other program documents • Demonstrates broad expertise and applies advanced knowledge to wide-ranging risk and compliance issues • Collaborates with leadership on development and maintenance of the risk register for their business unit
