Position Title: 11964610-Incentive Compensation Analyst
Location: Plainsboro, NJ

Pay Rate: Up to $49/hr

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Desc:

Prepares regular and ad hoc sales reports

Tracks and analyzes sales force performance and incentive compensation

Makes updates to and utilizes territory mapping software to map sales territories geographically to maximize sales resources and increase sales performance

Maintains database of applicable sales and compensation

Participates in other projects as required

 

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in a Data Analyst role

• Extensive experience creating data sets by pulling data from multiple sources

• Experience with J.D. Edwards, SAP, MS Access, SQL, DB2, and Business Objects

• Extensive experience within the medical device industry

• Great communication skills both verbal and written

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
