Position Title: 15172-IT Customer Support Rep.
Location: Hickory, NC

Pay Rate: $24.73

Contract Duration: 11 Months


• Provide primary and secondary support as the SAP security administrator for global locations as needed.
• Provide data analysis and recommendations for changes and updates to make SAP access more secure and appropriate for users.
• Ensure that all work performed conforms to Sarbanes-Oxley audit requirements, updates security documentation to keep it up-to-date.


i) Serve as primary Local Security Administrator following all guidelines in the End User Security Concept document.
ii) Serve as primary global security administrator for Business Warehouse, CRM, and APO.
iii) Work with SAP Security Officer to identify any SAP role creation or modification needed to support new system functionality, while maintaining appropriate segregation of duty controls.
iv) Identify opportunities to improve Segregation of Duties monitoring and handling.
v) Maintain repository of security roles and definitions.
vi) Support SarbOx audits of SAP Security and segregation of duties by running reports and preparing audit-supporting evidence.
vii) Monitor SAP license consumption and site license allocation, ensuring remains in compliance with our SAP licensing agreement.
viii) Ensure global security compliance with the SAP End User Security Concept document, including monitoring of annual role recertification.

•General Support:
i) Create and maintain SharePoint documents & lists.
ii) Other support activities using Microsoft Excel and Access.

• High School Diploma required (minimum GPA 3.5)
i) Preferred - Additional advanced education
Candidates with Associates or BS degrees will get first consideration of review over high school and GED. Recent college graduates without experience will be considered.

• Preferred - 1 - 2 years of combined experience in the areas of analysis, data management, critical thinking and solution.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook) and SharePoint
• Effective organizational and planning skills, with ability to handle changing priorities

• Experience and demonstrated expertise in utilizing analytical toolsets and capabilities

• Functional knowledge of SAP business processes
• Knowledge in fundamentals of SAP security administration
• Experience and demonstrated expertise in utilizing analytical toolsets and capabilities

• Up to 10% travel, including both international and domestic. Travel is not expected however candidates must be open to travel to other sites in NC is needed.

OTHER: Attentional to detail and punctuality are very important to this manager for candidates to be successful in this role.
