Position Title: Business Analyst - Finance
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Salary: $54.74-$62.04/Hour
• Assess needs and formulate solutions through the use of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and other applications.
• Provide support of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software for the Finance business groups’ day-to-day and periodic processes. This includes bug fixes, routine maintenance in these areas, and recurring support requests for the sales order status processing specific to Finance responsibility.
• Active monitoring of month-end and manual processing of sales orders through sales update.
• Set and continually manage expectations with team members and other stakeholders for day-to-day support issues.
• Initial troubleshooting and research on routine support requests.
• Review, prioritize and assign support requests to appropriate team members.
• Coordinate and balance workload for technical business analysts and offshore development team for open support requests.
• Routine communication with team and business stakeholders for status updates and prioritization.
• Oversee requirements to ensure proper documentation, testing and approvals are in place prior to review for weekly production release.
• Coordinate with corporate IT groups such as infrastructure, project management, and database administrators where needed for business process completeness.
• Drive responsiveness and expedient results for ticket resolution in the Finance area.
• Should have expert knowledge on the Lockbox Process in E1.
• Working knowledge in the areas of Sales & Distribution Module and Procurement Module.
• Should be familiar with Credit Check/ Order Activity Rules.
• Should have expert knowledge on the AAI’s /DMAAI’s.
• Knowledge of Flex Accounting is a plus.
• Knowledge of Product Costing is a plus.
