Position Title: Production Operator

Performs production activities related to work orders within Dimension and Vista IOT to produce Tablet and Blend materials.
Complete Description:
Performs a wide variety of routine manufacturing functions in one or more of the following areas: 1. Mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies 2. The set-up and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies 3. Manufacturing equipment operation. Weigh, measure and check raw materials to ensure that batches manufactured contain proper ingredients in proper quantities. Assists in resolving routine manufacturing related problems affecting daily operations. Responsibilities include sizing and blending equipment operation, tablet press operation and support activities as directed by shop floor schedule. Responsible for monitoring and controlling processes while maintaining accurate quality records. Experience in tableting is preferred. Experience with operating and troubleshooting mechanical process equipment; mechanical ability in assembly and repair. Requires flexible work hours to meet business needs which include weekend coverage and after hours. Current coverage of overtime and weekend. Production area is a 3 shift operation. Current position is 2:00 P.M. - 10:30 P.M. Person will start on first shift (6:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.) for training and then move to 2nd shift.
