Job Title:

Training Coordinator

Duties:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting computer based training (CBT) activities around the globe; specifically, assigning CBT courses to sales representatives in EMEA, APAC, Japan and the Americas region. He/she is responsible to validate the global trainees list by communicating with the local teams at each region. The Training Coordinator is responsible for analyzing and reporting course completion rate on a weekly basis. 

Skills:

He/she has to be able to perform advanced word processing, spreadsheet/database verification; deal with information of a technical, confidential and/or sensitive nature.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Must be able to interface effectively within all levels of the organization. Job encounters varying work situations, involving significant complexity. Considerable independent judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. Accuracy is required in performing all functions of this position. Must demonstrate judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers as well the ability to handle highly confidential and proprietary information. Initiative and organization skills are extremely valuable to ensure a smooth office operation. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and perform as a team player.

Key areas of responsibility
Trainee computer based training (CBT) assignment,
Trainee CBT completion rate data mining and reporting.
Coordinate with local teams globally
 

Education:

Experience in the use of computers for instructional and educational support including a familiarity with Internet and training experience in a corporate environment is preferred. Ability to work with diverse groups of people, culture, language and time zones. Comfortable with Microsoft programs, especially Excel, and Outlook. Bachelors degree in business or similar discipline, or the equivalent knowledge and experience required. Office/secretarial certification preferred.
