Job Title: HR Representative - 10 Openings

Duration: 6 Months contract.

Location: San Jose

Pay Rate: $15-18.00

Job Description:

Support Human Resources corporate programs and policies by delivering front line communication via the phone and web. Analyze business situations from which answers could be readily obtained from specialists and other HR groups. Leverage their expertise to serve all facets of customers needs. Act as a focal point for employee s on corporate projects and programs that roll out. Provide technical guidance to employee s and convey a sense of urgency when cases came into the contact center. Work hard toward positive results. Reveal a willingness to share knowledge and experience with peers and team members. Show the ability to present, organize, and convey problems or issues. Speak clearly and concisely in groups and one-to-one to help understand other s needs and come to mutually beneficial agreements. Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies to determine appropriate action on HRC cases. Make timely decisions based on sound business judgment in dealing with team and clients.

Required Skills:

-Comprehensive understanding of core HR processes, specifically as it relates to technology, policy, and procedure. -Experience with Peoplesoft application is a plus. -Excellent communication skills. -Have the ability to recognize potential issues as they relate to employee services and ensure that issues addressed or escalated to the appropriate team. -Must be self-motivating and show initiative. -Have the ability to understand, interpret and communicate HR process to clients. -Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills are needed.
