We have several positions open in Baghdad, Iraq; Job Description:
Discipline with 7+ years experience with civil, environmental construction. Experience with cement plants/soil treatment units a plus. Strong project management experience in the Environmental Industry. Familiarity with government contracting, permitting and regulatory knowledge preferred.
Extensive travel is required. Position can be based out of Denver or San Francisco Bay Area.
Job Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (previous on-the-job experience may also qualify a person to assume this position). Requirement for position in Hawaii: Experience working with DoD agencies located on Oahu (viz. NAVFAC Pacific, USACE, and AFCEE) desired. Experience managing soil, groundwater and/or surface water treatment technologies. Also, BS in Engineering or Scientific discipline PE, EIT, or professional registration desired OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hr plus current refresher

- Manage all the aspects of the project, including field work, cost and schedule, and workplans
- Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
- Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
- Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
- Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies
- 10 years remediation experience at Superfund and other Sites
- Engineering Degree or a 4 year BS
