Contract Duration: 12 months contract
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document user Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, then collaborate with the system team to identify root causes and develop effective improvement solutions.
• Analyze, document, and optimize various sales and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and system utilization.
• Spearhead high-performing cross-functional teams comprising senior managers, employees, SAP consultants, and external vendors.
• Cultivate synergy among IT, business units, and external partners to drive seamless integration and user adoption.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a power user of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) modules.
• Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end sales and logistics processes, with demonstrated system-level understanding of SAP SD/LE (including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Invoicing, RMA, Inventory Management, Pricing, Customer Master, and Material Master).
• Strong working knowledge of writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Proven ability to analyze business problems, gather user requirements, draft clear development specifications, connect processes altogether, and collaborate effectively with development teams to deliver solutions.
• Experience in leading Process Innovation (PI) initiatives and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent documentation skills
• Quick adaptability to new IT systems and technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders. |
