Experience Required:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with designing and implementing project governance frameworks and business analysis policies, standards, and templates. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst soliciting requirements and creating various technical documentation, including but not limited to project intake, workflows, and change requests. • Minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft Visio and 2 other diagram, workflow, or mockup tools. • Minimum of 5 years of experience using Microsoft Project/Project Online and 2 other project management tools. • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholder groups that resulted in organizational change, such as process improvements, system implementations, or structural realignments.
Education Required:
This classification requires the possession of (a) a bachelor’s degree, and (b) a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which will be verified during the RFO process. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
Additional Information:
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification from International Institute of Business Analytics (IIBA). • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Strategic Leader Certification or higher. • Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
